The fifth leg of the tour is the pinewood on the lake.

After our deserved plunge into the Bidderosa sea, back on our quads, we drove through several paths surrounded by the wild nature of the Parco Oasi. Jupiters, prickly pears, pines, Mediterranean maquis, the perfume of the wild flora that followed us. 

After few minutes we entered in the big pinewood that surrounds the lake of Sa Curcurica: long avenues winded into the pinewood and our quads “sped” one after another in a cheerful atmosphere.

We passed from a Mediterranean landscape to a mountain one: the blue lake along the pinewood  gave us exactly this sensation and the fresh shadow of the big pines made our journey easier and funnier.

Crossing those pinewoods it’s easy to think how much history passed under those old pines: how old could be this vigorous trees.

Sadly, the excursion is finished and with our dear quads we headed to the exit of the park and towards the starting point.
